Southwest Weed & Pest Solutions provides pest, weed, bed bug, and termite control services to residential and commercial customers across our New Mexico service areas. Service descriptions, treatment plans, and quotes are provided for your convenience and may be adjusted based on a physical inspection of your property.

• Quotes are estimates and may change based on the scope of the actual work required.
• Scheduling is subject to availability and may be affected by weather or other conditions.
• Any service guarantee applies as described in your service agreement.

3. Scheduling, Payment & Cancellations

• Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
• Please provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled service.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where access, safety, or payment terms cannot be met.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (505) 588-5876. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Limitation of Liability
